  • Great place for a weekend outside of the city. You need to go to Karpacz, which is a small mountain city next to Jelenia Gora. Then you can take a ski-lift (operating entire year), which will take you almost to the top. Then you need to go up-the-hill for about 45 minutes and you can enjoy such views yourself! I really recommend this to all who happen to be over the weekend in Wroclaw, Poland and want to see something more than just the city.

sehr bequemes Hotel in Top-Lage

Schöne Aussicht, wunderschöne Umgebung, Personal sehr freundlich. Ein traditionelles Hotel das vollständig saniert und erneuert wurde inkl. Aufzug. Für Familien, aber auch Einzelreisende bestens geeignet. Für einen längeren Aufenthalt bestens geeigent. Parkplätze vorhanden.

Es ist sehr gut für Familien mit Kindern geeignet, da es in der Nähe des Zentrums und der Skischule sowie einer kleinen Piste liegt.

Friendly & Helpful Staff in a Great Hotel

The staff is exceptionally friendly and in particular the hotel's reception is incredibly helpful. The staff seem to genuinely care about the guests experience. This Hotel is overall great value for money, and very good location. One could reasonably walk to the Hromovka lifts. The kitchen menu is also quite tasty and the breakfast has a solid offering. Try the ribs! Overall this hotel is great value for money.

Das Hotel liegt sehr gut. Der Service ist sehr gut, aber das Essen zu Heiligabend war das Geld nicht wert! Für 620 Kronen pro Person kann man in jeden Gasthaus dieser Art in Spindlermühle besser essen! Hier muss unbedingt nachgearbeitet werden.

Hyggeligt og pænt bjerghotel

Hotellet var pænt og rent, de ansatte var smilende, værelserne var pæne og rene, vores var dog lidt mørkt. Det ligger godt, 4 minutters gang fra det absolutte centrum. Der var en lille legeplads til ungerne.

Nettes und zentral gelegenes Hotel

Das Hotel ist ruhig aber zentral gelegen, Parkplätze liegen direkt vorm Haus. Ins Zentrum von Spindlermühle kann man in 3 Minuten zu Fuß runter gehen. Ich würde es als Familienhotel einordnen. Wir waren 7 Personen mit zwei Senioren - praktisch war, dass es einen Aufzug gab. Check-In verlief reibungslos. Das Personal, insbesondere an der Rezeption hatte auch deutsche Sprachkenntnisse, was nachfragen gerade für Oma und Opa erleichterte. Die Einrichtung der Zimmer war funktional und der Preisklasse angemessen. Sauberkeit insbesondere in den Bädern war in Ordnung. Kleiner Tipp: Das Leitungswasser schien leicht gechlort zu sein - also Mineralwasser zum Trinken nicht vergessen. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig auch mit frischem Obst, warme Speisen sogar wechselnd (z.B. Rührei, mal Spiegelei, Pfannkuchen verschiedene Würstchen, frischer Milchreis, Bohnen Speck etc.). Getränke und Abendessen waren preislich angemessen bis günstig. Die Gerichte traditionell. Insgesamt waren wir zufrieden.

En blandet oplevelse

Fitness og pool rum var lukket og kunne ikke benyttes. Det bliver der ellers reklameret med. Super god beliggenhed og god morgen mad. På værelset var der meget støvet. Dog pænt rent på badeværelset.

Super P/L Verhältnis in Spindlermühle

Prima Hotel in wunderbarer Umgebung. Service ist halt Tschechentypisch. Aber auch der Preis ist super. Frühstück auch typisch tschechisch - man gibt sich aber Mühe, etwas mehr draus zu machen. Aber ein typisches deutsches Frühstück darf man nicht erwarten.

Pobyt na nartach

Pokoje czyste i przyzwoite, łazienki zadbane i wyposażone w ręczniki i suszarkę, obsługa na recepcji bardzo miła, pokój na sprzęt duży. Na stok chodziliśmy na pieszo, gdyż skibus jezdzil w dziwnych godzinach i bardzo rzadko, dla narciarzy było to jednak utrudnienie bo hotel znajdował się na górce. Największym jednak dla nas minusem była obsługa restauracji, która nie potrafiła mówić w żadnym innym języku jak czeski i musieliśmy się przypominać o swoje zamówienie KILKAKROTNIE, gdyż o nim zapominano..zapominano też o tym CO zostało przez nas zamówione (mimo spisywanych przez nich notatek) ostatecznie jedzenie dostawalismy po ponad 1.5h a nawet raz danie przyszło po przeszło 2.5h. Podczas wigilii, na którą wybieralismy jedzenie dzień wcześniej, dostaliśmy przystawkę po 1.5h, a w tym samym czasie inni dostawali już 3 danie, co oznacza że kuchnia nie jest zbyt dobrze zorganizowana, gdyż wszyscy zaczynali kolacje o tej samej porze, a posiłki w zupełnie innych godzinach.

Günstiges Hotel mit gewissen Abstrichen

Das Hotel ist für den günstigen Preis ok. Das Frühstück war gut und das Personal recht freundlich. Allerdings waren die Betten ziemlich unbequem und hart. Ebenso war das Bad nicht sehr einladend. Es war sauber, jedoch das Waschbecken nicht zum Waschen gedacht, da der Wasserhahn zu klein war und man sich bemühen musste, damit die Hände sauber werden. Die Toilette war extrem niedrig. Zum Glück bin ich noch jung und komme ohne Probleme wieder hoch. Die älteren Menschen hätten hier wahrscheinlich Probleme. Die Dusche war sauber, jedoch war die Brause nicht für die Halterung gemacht. Also fachmännisch ist anders. Unser Zimmer war scheinbar unter dem Lautsprecher im Restaurant, sodass wir bis 22 Uhr mit Musik und dumpfen Bässen versorgt wurden. Zum Schlafen und Essen ist das Hotel allerdings ausreichend, da wir eh die meiste Zeit unterwegs waren.

Tolle Skiurlaub im Hotel Start

Schönes Hotel im Riesengebirge . Sehr gemütlich und guter Sevice . Personal sehr freundlich . Sehr nahe am Zentrum und zur Skipiste . Flachbildschirm und alle Programme in HD . Zimmer sind in Ordnung , grosses Doppelbett . Parkplätze genügend vorhanden . Gerne wieder .
