I traveled with my family (with 2 kids).
Hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful.
Hotel location is great, near Walmart, CVS, and restaurants and only 5 minutes from the Disney parks, which was awesome.
The hotel also offers a shuttle to the Disney parks ( which we didn't use because we drove) but it was a great alternative.
Everything was clean. The only thing was one of my bathroom sinks was not working properly, but it was a minor detail in comparison with everything else.
Breakfast was ok also and pool was not working.
Parking is free and we only paid (they hold) the $100 accidental fee.
Overall it was a great stay and will highly recommend. We will definitely stay again in he future.

The cottage was wonderful. Stocked with everything you need just bring your food, drink and toilet paper! The cottage we stayed at was a perfect location just 5 minute walk to the amazing pool complex. The resort is great. Planning on going back soon.
