"This house is a very stylish conversion to a small B&B. The location is central in the hillside old town which has many stairs to give your legs a workout. "What a fantastic villa, a few narrow and bumpy roads to get there but the reward is perfect privacy and a lovely view down to the lighthouse on the coast. Several nearby beaches within 5-10 min drive beautifully unspoilt and never crowded. The pool is the perfect compensation for searing Sicilian summer. Our hosts Enza and Michelangelo were so welcoming and always available by call/text for any issues- thank goodness for “google translate” bridging our appalling lack of Italian! The occasional delivery of local delicacies or fresh fruit from their garden was a delightful addition."
