A very special thank you to Louisa at the front desk. She is truly one of a kind! Her kindness, warmth, professionalism, and genuine enthusiasm made such a lasting impression on us. Before our boat trip, she even surprised us with a cooler bag to take with us for the day—a small gesture that perfectly reflected the hotel’s thoughtful and caring approach to hospitality. "Location was great and staff was kind. Only issue I had was we were not told that beach towels and supplies could be rented from the FD. We rented a boat and ended up taking our bath towels.
