Stunning sea view villa w/private pool - 5 minutes from the beach!

"We had a really lovely stay at the Villa. The pictures really don't do it justice. The view is stunning, the pool nice and big and it's proximity to the beach is great as it means you don't need to take a car and worry about parking. My two recommendations would be to hire a boat with skipper (to take you to the best spots) and to go for a tasting or meal at the colline del vento just outside Villasimius. A few points to note 1) the electricity can get overloaded if too many appliances are on at the same time. Avoid having all aircon units, dishwasher and toaster etc on all at once. Easy enough to fix at the fuse box up on the road. 2) we had issues with water a few times. There is a workaround to switch to well water though which is easy enough once explained. 3) the recycling is a pain. There is a different collection each day for paper, glass, plastic etc. There was no bin and no box for refuse so we had to use bags. This was a faff at the end of our stay as, inevitably, there was uncollected recycling and rubbish that we needed to deal with and drop at the dump. Thankfully only a 5 minute drive away. Don't let these minor points put you off though, it really is an amazing property!"

"A beautiful resort that made us feel right at home. Quiet and peaceful! Just what we needed! The staff were extremely helpful and welcoming. Not having a kettle in the room was initially frustrating but the staff were quick to respond and provided us with one for our morning tea. Overall, the breakfast was excellent but it would have been nice to have a bigger selection of fresh fruit. Thank you so much for allowing us to spend a couple of extra hours around the pool and accommodating us as we had an evening flight out of Cagliari on our last day. We look forward to coming back!"

"Ottimo soggiorno in una casa con vista splendida e fornita di tutto e di più.Belle spiagge raggiungibili in 5 minuti sia apiedi che in auto. Unici appunti, la casa si presenta distribuita su più livelli perciò ci sono gradini anche internamente, altra cosa c'è un passaggio di formiche davanti alla veranda stenditoio e abbiamo dovuto mette il miele da colazione in frigo per evitare problemi, Comunque niente di insuperabile per dei 75enni come noi. La connessione mobile andava e veniva a seconda del gestore. Ribadisco il giudizio positivo e la presenza dell'host via whatsapp sempre rapida e puntuale. Insomma una bella vacanza. Grazie"
