"It‘s a really lovely place situated in between a lot of olive trees. Amazing rooms with wifi, bluetooth speakersystem, a big terrace with longchairs and normal seats as well in the terrace as in front of the accomodation. The breakfast is really great an there were no wishes left. The two brothers and their staff are max gentle and friendly and we can recomment to stay there without and doubt or exzeption. Thanks for an amazing stay🙏👍"

"Fantastic location overlooking the port and the castle. Overall, very good value for money. With a little effort, it could be superb. The bed linen, whilst very clean, was very worn and paper pillow cases on the spare pillows let it down. Some of the electrical appliances seemed to have the wrong sort of plug - northern rather than southern European, so difficult to use and concerns re forcing them into the sockets. Otranto makes a very good base for exploring the local countryside."

Dimora San Giuseppe Hotel & SPA****

10/10 Excellent

"I was so grateful to arrive at the beautiful, antique stone San Giuseppe Demora in Otranto. The front desk ladies greeted us and directed us to the elevator and our rooms that were ready early - even in high season. The rooms were comfortable, quiet, and so refreshing with starched cotton sheets and excellent air conditioning. The shower was easy to access (important consideration) for one of my friends who had knee issues. Loved the mint and lemon water that refreshed us as we returned from touring the castle area- a ten minute walk from the hotel. We indulged in the spa. The facial was so worth it as it included massage of legs, feet, arms and neck. We paid for breakfast and it offered a unique sampling of protein and carbs, and gluten-free items. There was never any rush to leave and we also relaxed with aperitif right there later in the afternoon. Loved the place and will return."

"Good standard hotel but a couple of minus points for me. Firstly it wasn’t easy to find our room as it was far from reception and a few hotel blocks away. The room itself wasn’t 4 star and the shower cubicle was tiny!! Other than that the pool area is excellent and the breakfast was really good"

"This is a lovely little hotel two minutes walk to a lovely beach when you walk out of the hotel to the right. It was extremely hot when we were there and we stayed by the pool having cocktails frequently. The breakfast was lovely, and the staff was very kind and helpful. It was a lovely less than 10 minute walk to the whole town."

"Abbiamo trascorso un bellissimo soggiorno e siamo stati davvero molto bene!La posizione della casa è eccellente: la spiaggia è realmente a pochissimi passi e ci si trova in una zona perfetta per raggiungere alcune delle spiagge più belle di tutto il Salento.Un enorme plus è il parcheggio privato proprio davanti alla proprietà. In questa zona trovare parcheggio, soprattutto in alta stagione, può essere davvero difficile, quindi per noi è stata una comodità impagabile.La casa era pulita e dotata di tutto il necessario. Le camere sono spaziose e comode e l’aria condizionata è stata utilissima nelle giornate più calde. Anche il bagno è grande e comodo.La proprietaria è stata gentilissima e molto disponibile, aiutandoci anche con ombrellone, sedie da spiaggia e borsa frigo. Un ringraziamento speciale a Roberta: precisa, gentilissima, sempre disponibile e piena di ottimi consigli sulla zona.Consigliamo assolutamente questa casa vacanze.
