"Great room with Lake view as described and staff were really friendly and helpful. Hotel was easy to find and parking on site. Good breakfast and nice pool. A few areas could do with updates and roll out shade on balcony broken so unavailable whilst there."

"Wir haben unseren Urlaub an diesem Ort sehr genossen! Besonders ist vor allem der direkte und private Zugang zum See. Das ist am Gardasee recht selten. Toll ist auch der große Garten mit Bäumen, die Schatten spenden, vielen Liegestühlen und einen tollen Blick. Die Wohnung ist schön eingerichtet, die große Terrasse mit Seeblick ist bei gutem Wetter das wichtigste „Zimmer“, sie ist gut zu verschatten und auch immer Sommer immer nutzbar. Diego als Vermieter war immer erreichbar, sehr freundlich und „hands on“. Insgesamt: Absolut empfehlenswert!"

"A truly special place. The staff are incredible and genuinely can’t do enough for you. The facilities are excellent, the rooms are lovely and very well maintained, and the free spa access is a fantastic bonus. The spa was also very quiet during our stay. The sun loungers on the lake are fantastic, with very attentive lifeguards who even move your umbrella to make sure you stay shaded. The thermal pool is lovely too. The breakfast is very comprehensive, with a great selection of hot and cold food, hot drinks, as well as the option to order eggs exactly how you like them. The location is excellent, right outside the entrance to the historic centre. It’s also close to bus routes, making it very easy to get around, including getting to Verona. 10/10 experience. If we return to Lake Garda, we will certainly stay here again."

"The location was great - right on the water and close to the castle, shops and boat docks. It was over 100 degrees when we visited and the air conditioning in the room helped but couldn’t keep up with the heat. The room was comfortable but a little old and dusty. Overall we enjoyed our stay."

"A nice, modern, clean, unsuite room room. Tea and coffee making and safe. Good blackout curtains. Breakfast is available but I walked into town to a coffee shop, bakery. The small pool area is a calm oasis of quiet and offers sun loungers, parasols and shaded areas. I would definitely stay here again."

"Good location and friendly staff, especially Andrea on the bar. Breakfast was good quality and good variety. Pool is good. Room and bathroom had been refurbished. Beds were on the firmer side. Great location, with beaches and bars within 5 to 10 mins walk. Supermarket and Pharmacy similar distance. Bus to Sirmione Historical Centre was convenient. Though, the schedule did not prove the most reliable. Parking worked reasonably well, the underground car park is tight for large vehicles. We always managed to park on or, near the property. Our in room safe broke, 3 days into a 7 day stay. Staff tried to help, but couldn't fix. In room fridge didn't work, which would have been helpful for cold water. We really enjoyed our stay and would consider returning to this hotel."
Beautiful exclusive villa 50 meters from the lake

"The description and location felt too good to be true, to the point that I was unsure if the property would live up to the description.What a relief to find that everything was exactly as described. Communication was fast and positive. The house was well-equipped and beautifully decorated. The a/c was a blessing in what was a blistering heat of this particular European record-breaking summer. Our family of 5 (including our Golden Retriever) enjoyed both the house as also the outdoors. The location was simply incredible, with the lake being literally 50m away from the property. The city was also close by with wealth of restaurants, pastry and coffee shops within a short 10-minute walk. I highly recommend this spot and we hope to be back soon. "
