"Staff were friendly and that's about the only good thing I can say, the carpets in the common areas are filthy, there was no hot water for a shower and we were woken up at 1am by loads of drunk guests shouting. I got about 3 hours sleep. Wouldn't recommend."

"The best bits were the staff, who were very friendly and helpful. The bed which was very comfy. The breakfast which was very good.
