Sehr helle, komfortable und charmante Altbauwohnung
Wir haben diese wunderbare Wohnung zu dritt für 5 Tage genutzt. Sie entspricht den Bildern und der Beschreibung zu 100 %, ist eher noch geräumiger und komfortabler. Besonders hervorzuheben ist, wie hell und luftig die Wohnung ist und wie dezent sich der moderne Komfort in den charmanten Altbau einfügt. Das Altbau-Flair hat sich u. a. durch die knarzenden Dielen, die schönen Sprossenfenster und durch das bezaubernde Turmzimmer gut erhalten. An Geräten und Ausstattung war alles in hochwertiger Qualität vorhanden. Der Parkplatz auf dem Hof direkt vor der Tür und die Nähe zu den Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ebenfalls ideal. Wir sind sehr froh, diese Wohnung gebucht zu haben und können sie zu 100 % weiterempfehlen, auch wegen des sehr gut erreichbaren und zuvorkommenden Gastgebers.

Großzügige Ausstattung
Diese FeWo trägt ihren Namen "Deluxe Villa" zurecht. Sie ist großzügig und geschmackvoll eingerichtet - einfach ideal für unser Geschwistertreffen. Der Vermieter war erreichbar, ein freundlicher, hilfsbereiter junger Mann, hat dazu beigetragen, dass wir uns in der FeWo wohlfühlen konnten. Ungewöhnlich fand ich die Vorschrift, schon bei der Buchung der Wohnung die gesamte Miete bezahlen zu müssen. Nein, es war keine "Touri-Falle". Wenn auch die knarrenden Holzdielen gestört haben, kann ich die Wohnung sehr empfehlen.

… kaum zu glauben, aber wahr. Wir haben nichts, aber auch gar nichts zu bemängeln. Die Wohnung ist gemütlich und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Modern, gehobene Ausstattung trifft auf ehrwürdige Geschichte. Darum gehört der knarzende Dielenboden auf jeden Fall dazu. Hier lebt die Vergangenheit in der Gegenwart weiter. Die Wohnung hat unser Familientreffen zu einem besonderen Erlebnis werden lassen…

Wundervoller Aufenthalt in historischem Ambiente
Als ehemalige Spey'rerin habe ich mich sehr gefreut, in dieser "Wohnung mit Geschichte" einen entspannten Aufenthalt verbringen zu können. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen, alles ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter lief reibungslos. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall gerne wieder!

Absolutes Traumquartier in Speyer
Wir waren auf der Suche nach einer Möglichkeit, einen runden Geburtstag meiner Frau zusammen mit unseren Kindern und deren Partnern zu feiern. Ein Kleinkind war auch mit dabei. Wir haben zu siebt in den beiden oberen Stockwerken dieser ganz außergewöhnlichen Jugendstilvilla in der sehr großzügigen Ferienwohnung geschlafen und konnten zu den Mahlzeiten problemlos zwei weitere setzen, die 2 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt in einem IBIS unterkamen. Wer ein ganz besonderes Ambiente sucht ist hier absolut richtig. Eine perfekte Mischung aus altem Charme (knarrende Dielen, Turmzimmer) und hochmoderner, äußerst geschmackvoller Sanierung. Die Sauberkeit war perfekt, ebenso die Ausstattung. Der Kontakt zum vorbildlich zuvorkommenden Gastgeber war sehr vertrauensvoll. Zum Dom, in die Innenstadt und an den Rhein sind es nur wenige Fußminuten. Wer etwas ganz Besonderes sucht, ist hier genau richtig.
