"Just the escape we needed from the Metro DC area for a long weekend. Got to enjoy some nice food in the area. Conveniently located to Sperryville, Little Washington, Culpepper. I think we spent an entire day just lounging next to the wood burning fireplace, reading and napping. Don’t know when we last got to do that. Loved waking up to rooster sounds, meeting all the goats, cows, chickens, ducks, geese, etc. we had our two large dogs with us, who both had a blast playing in the river at the edge...
