  • If you like to off road, this is the perfect place for you! Located just past little blue, you have three different trails to connect into the park. Tons of parking. Older home with lots of charm. New stove, fridge, beds, and washer and dryer. The well water smell has been fixed.
    The house has a queen bedroom downstairs, and a queen and full up in the loft. Cabin next to the house has a queen and full bed.

    If you have an even bigger group, there are cabins up the hill.

Had lots of room to accommodate everyone very comfortable beds. Great showers very clean. Air conditioning works really great. Property was very well maintained. Easy access to the trails. Highly recommend staying here.

Location is amazing and convenient and the fire pit was lovely. Only complaints are there were dirty pans in oven and neither one of the black stones were well taken care of or would work.

SxS trip

Great location for our ATVs. Trails are right there by the property and the ACs are extremely cold so it sure helped with the hot weather there. Owners were very helpful from start to finish. No complaint from any of us that stayed here.

This was a great spot to stay during such a busy weekend. We absolutely loved the location to the trail systems. The beds were super comfortable. We enjoyed access to the grill and fire pit during the weekend. The well water does have the smell that was mentioned in the description. We would stay again.

We had a fabulous time spending time with family. Using the fire pit for smores. The cabin occupied all of us comfortably. Well equipped. Communication with the owner was perfect. Michael was quick to address any of our needs!

Great Spot to Ride in and Ride out

The Property was great! There was a group of us who came to trail ride. The Property was perfect for riding in and riding out. The only complaint from my group was the smell of the well water. I would come back and stay in the future.

Our group picked this location and being right on the trails. The house was equipped with lots of extra items that were not listed on the listing, crockpot, Keurig etc. Beds were comfortable. Well water does have the sulfur smell, but nothing that will stop us from staying here again. Great place!
