A lovely place to stay for work, attend events or visit family. This tastefully decorated condo is near events, dining, shopping, and downtown. The large bedroom features a queen bed with large screen TV/cable & internet and a remodeled private bathroom with granite countertops, ceramic tile, a full bathtub,luxurious towels, hair dryer,soap, shampoo/conditioner, razors, individually wrapped toothbrush/toothpaste and hand sanitizer. Amenities like AC/heat, WiFi, shared kitchen and a washer/dryer, make this property perfect for guests looking for a relaxing stay. Light cigarette smoking is allowed. The owner on the premises is a very polite and considerate light smoker. A professional ionizer machine is available upon request to limit any cigarette odors upon request. Covered deck boasts large screen TV, stereo andgas bbq. We are here for your questions and fully respect your privacy.

Excellent host

My stay here was exactly as a stay should be. Host was amazing and personable. Location was perfect and has easy access to wherever you may need to go in Spartanburg.

The host was nice, but he lives there and constantly tries to talk to you. The house is extremely “classy” with lots of glass and breakable items. The vibe makes you feel like you can’t relax in the house. We did not use any room besides the bedroom and the bathroom. Even that was uncomfortable vibes. I would not recommend if you want a place you want to be able to relax. Also the beds are super uncomfortable, after 2 nights I need to see a chiropractor. If the host can dial the decor back and leave the guest alone it wouldn’t be a terrible place. He also cyberstalks all guest, and admits to it. If you don’t want to spend a lot and just need one night maybe it’s an option….
