Welcome to our cozy townhome conveniently located minutes from downtown Spartanburg. Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located home. Less than 5 min from nearest grocery store and restaurants and only 2 miles from West Gate Mall. Only 1 mile from I-26, 2 miles off of I-85, and 15 min from GSP airport. It is also 15 min from the Tiger River Ball park. This home has front row parking for 2 vehicles along with a side yard for your pets needs. Minimum age requirement is 21.

No parties or events allowed.

Dogs are allowed with a nonrefundable fee of $150 per stay. If you have a pet that remains in a cage (birds, fish, hamster, etc) at all times, no additional fee will be required. Dogs are not allowed on furniture or in beds and must remain on leash outside at all times. Please be courteous and pick up after your pet at all times. No cats are allowed.

No smoking inside the house but you are more than welcome to on the porches. There is a $500 fee if there is any evidence that you or a guest have smoked in the house.

If you damage something please let us know so we can arrange for its replacement or repairs.
Missing or damaged towels: $20 fee per towel
Missing or damaged linens: $40 fee per set

We ask that you please remove outside shoes upon entering to prevent wear on the carpets and rugs.

Please pick up after yourself if outside, this includes pets. There will be an outside trashcan available

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please place used towels in bathtub. Remove all bedsheets, pillowcases& comforters & place in washing machine. Start load prior to leaving.
Please turn off ALL lights/fans and turn AC to 74 degrees in the summer and heat to 68 degrees in winter.
Please be respectful and leave the house how you found it. Broom will be provided in the laundry room if needed.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

In town for work and the place was clean and had everything we needed. Check in was easy. We forgot a bathroom bag at check out and the owner promptly contacted me and arraignments were made to get the bag. Definitely would stay here again and higly recommend.

I will most definitely stay again. The place was very clean and nice. It was very quiet no complaints at all. I had something to come up from when I booked it they really help me out and moved to the next weekend for me with no problem.

Great Place and Host

Quiet neighborhood and close to many things. My granddaughters were in a show in Inman and we had a wonderful time.
