Carolina Cottage was built in 1950 and has had a complete remodel. Duncan park area has plenty of outdoor activities with the Rail Trial nearby. Enjoy the parks in the area or kayaking in Duncan Park Lake which is just a short stroll away! Downtown Spartanburg is a short drive with delicious restaurants and local shopping options. There’s no shower door period. This is not in listing . The shower drain cover is not attached to the drain in the floor. The bathroom closest does not lock . There’s no mention of any of this. The steps down need hand rails . The shower needs hand rails . It’s a very clean comfortable home if these issues are addressed.
