This light & bright cottage sleeps up to7 guests & provides everything you need. Explore hiking and the nearby river & relax at night around fire pit. Located 1 minute from downtown Sparta, close to local shops and restaurants, river park, hiking, waterfalls, golf, wineries, dispensary, & ski resorts. PET FRIENDLY

Parking is super easy on the left-hand side by the cottage.
Check out is by 10 am. All you need to do is lock the door after you leave.

Smoking is prohibited.

No large parties allowed.

Maximum number of adults is 4 plus 3 children. Not to exceed 7 people in total. The penalty for an extra adult above 4 will be charged $120 per night per adult.

Pet fee is $50 for the whole stay up to 2 pets.
