With breathtaking views from the 20+ windows, a spa pool, a fire pit, river access and a comfy living space, this charming cabin is the perfect private getaway for a couple, family or group of friends.

Surrounded by forests and the natural beauty of the western Catskills, Glen Spey is an ideal destination for those seeking peace, privacy, and outdoor adventure. Enjoy hiking, kayaking, fishing, scenic drives, and fresh mountain air before unwinding back at your cabin. It's the kind of place where slowing down comes naturally and time spent outdoors becomes the highlight of your stay.

You will have access to the full space including a washing machine/dryer in the basement. Exclusion include and are limited to the basement crawl space and shed.

A short dirt road will lead you to this natural knotty pine Catskill haven. The home is furnished with 2 queen beds and a full size sleeper sofa, all within an open concept loft. The optimal amount of guests is 2-4 (sleeper sofa is always an option for lucky numbers 5 & 6). A work station/reading nook & smart TV are located in the loft as well.

On the main floor you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen for your cooking pleasures, a dining table for six, a chic living room with a cosy wood burning fireplace, and a bathroom.

Driving around the Catskills is not only easy it is absolutely beautiful. There are also taxi services available if need be. Explore the great outdoors and take it all in.

The cabin is not childproof. Examples: The wood burning fireplace gets very hot and the natural stone walkway is potentially unsafe for an unsupervised child. Family bookings are welcomed with the condition that parents take responsibility for the safety of their children.

The private river access is across the road. This does require a short walk or drive,

The sleeper sofa pulls out to the size of a full size bed but is not a mattress pull-out.

We recommend that guests bring slippers as some of the nail heads protrude slightly from the wood floorboards.

The Spa pool is available year round.

Clean linens are provided for each guest and beds are made like in the pictures but we do not provide flat sheets.

We do not guarantee that there is cooking oil, pam, butter or aluminium foil.
