The light was not fixed and the staff act like they didn’t know what we were talking about and that they didn’t put it in the maintenance book so we couldn’t did not have a light for the bathroom because we couldn’t stand in the seat the strobe light the customer service was horrible. The follow up was horrible. I will never stay here again and I really want my money back to be honest with you because it was a horrible. They also advertise that they had microwaves in the room, and when we got there, the rooms did not have microwaves in them, and he claimed that they never advertise that I’ve included a picture of the advertisement with the microwave."
