I had a bad experience while my stay. My room smelled like drainage and the staff did the bare minimum to help. They sent over an engineer all he did was pour some chemical down the drain and said the smell would go away. Not only did the room smell it also felt moist. I also kept having trouble with the wifi it kept disconnecting non stop. The location is great on the strip but the stay wasn’t the best.

It did the job of having a bed, shower, and place to store my things. The elevators were extremely slow. I gave up and used the stairs once after waiting for 7 minutes. Also, the room had no USB ports for charging devices. If I hadn’t brought an actual outlet plugin and cord with me I would have had to buy one. Lastly, they’re doing construction and it could get quite loud in the morning. I try not to complain on platforms like this because nothing is perfect but this experience really wasn’t great.

Need Coffee in the room! Only has a 10$ Starbucks coffee is not good.
Also would nice to use the fridge locked up for there items you can purchase.
We are pay 300 a night I think you could support your guests with these imenites.
