Evening entertainment was fine. staff not very friendly, specially restaurant staff started fooling around with us when they ran out of cutlery during chaotic breakfast hour. "Had a great 2 night stay. Unfortunately the neighbour to our room had a very loud / angry phone during the evening going on for an hour. We could hear it very clearly. He had another call at 4am again very loud. A dog on the 8th floor was howling in the evening. Obviously had been left unattended. We will still revisit the hotel as it was perfectly situated to visit the surrounding area. Excellent value for money."
