"The room I was assigned already had someone in it. The entire property was filthy. I had to wear slippers in my room because there was dust and crumbs all over the floor. There was a microwave and kitchen but not any glasses, plates or cutlery. There was no shampoo. The staff was overwhelmed and completely unhelpful. Only stay here if you are desperate."

"Loved every part of our stay. The staff were excellent and very friendly. My only issue is the low water pressure in the shower."

"First, you do not stay at the Beekman Arms they send you 2 blocks away to some type of run down condo building Dirty bathroom,sheets, toilet continues to run. "Cleaning staff banged in and out of laundry room door continuosly right outside our room all thru the early morning on a Sunday, making it impossible for us to sleep. They rammed carts into the door to open it then let the door slam behind them - over and over, with no regard for sleeping guests. This ruined what otherwise might have been an ok hotel stay. When we told the front desk staff at check out, they really didn't seem to care. Just said they would let Maintenance know. "
