"Overall, the stay was okay, but the hotel definitely needs some major renovations and upkeep. The cleanliness was just average, and I actually had to be moved to a different room due to the condition of the first one. The rooms showed a lot of wear and tear, and unfortunately none of the vending or drink machines were working during the stay. The pool was also closed, which was disappointing. Staff did help relocate me when needed, so I appreciate that, but I’m hoping the property invests in remodeling and improvements going forward because it has potential."

"The room was clean, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. The bar area was very nice, and the drinks were prepared well. One area that could use improvement is the breakfast seating, as there did not appear to be enough seating to comfortably accommodate the volume of guests during peak hours. As an added touch to enhance the guest experience, I believe offering one complimentary drink per adult as part of the guest amenities would be a great addition."

"Our floor had something on it the bottom of our white sandles and beach shoes we covered in black, never mind if you accidentally walked bare foot! Our phone did not work, couldn't call the front desk, had to call the hotel number from my cell phone. The room smelt musty but the beds were comfortable and at least the room was more modernized. I you're staying overnight for a cruise the following morning the ships are very near by. For the price it's worth it."

"Place is very outdated!!!! Had to roll your suitcases through the parking lot to get to the rooms. Thank goodness they put us on the first floor. There was a second floor, but no elevator. Lots of steps. For breakfast was a building across from the lobby. Very small, not much room to move around. So if you’re getting your food people sitting at the tables, would have to keep moving so you can get by. They had sausage and gravy which we thought oh my gosh we’ve never seen that at a breakfast in a hotel. We should’ve skipped it. It was awful. They ran out of flavored creamers. And then at night when we were in our room, watching TV. There were not many stations to watch. And there was very limited channels to choose from. All in all, we would never stay here again. The person at the desk was wonderful, very friendly. But that’s not enough for us to stay there again."

"Parking was okay. Kitchen was shared and we did no cooking. Bathroom not so nice. Pipe in sink leaked so message was posted to use just a little water. Toilet did not flush well. Owner had to flush it for me twice. A/C unit too small for converted garage where bed was. Really hard to sleep on futon with a foam overlay due to valleys and uneven sides. It was very hot also. Owner was cordial; however. Nothing to do in area. "
