"Staff were nice and very professional, and the property okay. People that was staying the hotel was drugged out and nasty. And the room I had was awful. I had to strip the bed and buy my own sheets, covers, and pillows. And I had to do my own cleaning of the hotel before me and my kids even step foot inside"

"This place was just perfect for a one-night layover waiting for our Spring Break cruise. It was just about 1 block from the Atlantic Ocean, beds were comfortable and was conveniently situated near some food we could grab for a quick dinner. It felt safe and was as quiet as you could want a place to be in Cocoa Beach during Spring Break! Would stay again!! Staff were friendly and approachable! "

"Beautiful beach. Nice to have the tiki bar resturant on site. Music was a lil loud the one night only as there was a wedding they had cocktail hour right under our room. There was also a tent set up so that took up chunk of property. Close to restaurants bars etc. A little deceiving about the chairs at the beach. The pictures showed them but you have to rent them "

"Good basic motel style room. Didn't use the pool. Right beside the beach, restaurants and supermarket. Good wee gym and good breakfast. Only stayed one night before joining a cruise but perfect location and would definitely stay there again if doing something similar again in future "
