"We were surprised at how clean to rooms were, how nice the pool was, how kind the staff was, and how delicious the free breakfast was! Alec in the front office was very kind and helpful checking us in even though the internet was slow. The rooms were a good size. The pool was very nice. And the breakfast was better than any Holiday Inn that I have stayed at! I would definitely stay here again!"

"Upon arrival we were greeted with a warm welcome and friendly conversation by the front desk attendant Chris. After checking in we went to the room which was very clean and comfortable with ample space. After heading down to retrieve our luggage (which was a lot of luggage and toys that were overbearing after a week at Disney) I asked Chris for a trolley to bring up the luggage on a single trip, He said unfortunately there were none available at the moment. I proceeded to begin unpacking and planning multiple trips but to my surprise Chris took the initiative to locate a trolley and came out to the parking lot running to make sure I would be able to use the trolley. Little actions like this really make a welcoming experience after long and tired travels late at night not having to haul 3-4 trips to the room. After this he always welcomed the kids coming in and out of the hotel lobby high fiving them and engaging in conversations with them. the whole experience was amazing, and Chris is by far one of the best attendants in any hotel I have had the chance to meet."

"Check-in was simple. Rooms were available by 1:30pm. Room location was convenient, but it was very loud due to being right at the pool. Our room smelled wonderful. All staff were encountered were fantastic. There was a DJ playing live music. The pool vibe was fun. Bar and food staff were great. We love staying here before cruising out of Port Canaveral. Our shower water pressure was very low. The resort is under construction, so there are walls up. The window has wooden blinds, so light still comes in at night. The room is not very dark as you try to sleep."
