The place wasn’t ready for checking in , we had to wait about 20 to 30 minutes…
After we checked in come to find out that the pool was not clean , hadn’t been used or cleaned in a while , green mold that clearly and visibly on the pool floor , kitchen had no coffee and tea pot to use , very basic kitchen supplies provided, in the bathrooms there was only 3 towels , no cleaning supplies to clean with , bed sheets and blankets were all dust and sand ,...

"I've stayed at a few hotels on my month long holiday around Egypt and Jordan, and this hotel has been my favorite. The staff were so friendly, kind, and accommodating. It felt more like a home than a hotel staying here. The breakfast they served every morning was so delicious I could not get enough. Walking distance from town, affordable price, all round exclellent hotel to stay at if you want to feel at home away from home.

"The water falls are amazing it’s a relief for your body and the hotel amenities and water fall close at 10 but the main public one the natural it no longer stays avaible for public so it becomes private for the hotel guests so that’s a very good perk imagine staying under the water fall at night alone it’s a really good perk. Room service is also amazing and the buffet for lunch and breakfast is super. There’s also a super market outside in the public u can get small chips, nuts and fruits not alot security at hotel won’t let u because it’s their policy but they are so nice. Very special thanks for the spa, and the reception team especially mr Majed. "
