Glamping in Sowa

"Mr. Tom and the rest of the staff were very accommodating and friendly for our 3 night stay. The pool was a great addition to this property as we used it daily. The rooms were amazingly decorated and different in each room and all were very nice. Would most definitely stay again in a heartbeat."

"We arrived and they were not expecting us even through we had a confirmed booking. After two phone calls the receptionist still couldn't confirm our booking. We waited around and still didn't get anywhere. We then asked to see the room which was unprepared, unaired, smelly, damp, mouldy and sited right next the public toilets next door. The next available town was Maun, another 4 hour drive away so couldn't wait for the receptionist to sort our booking so we left. We feel angry that we had...
