9.8/10 Exceptional! (98 reviews)
Lovely clean hotel in a great location in Venice. The reception staff are excellent, the breakfast was good and the lady serving was lovely. Canal view, good bedding and a strong, hot shower. Small note, the shower is separate to the bathroom area and has no door or screen for those who want a little more privacy.

9.2/10 Wonderful! (1,000 reviews)
We had an amazing room and the hotel was perfectly situated and very very upscale. That said I was surprised by their mandatory 25 euro charge at the roof bar. Clearly offers one of the best views of the canal must be a popular terrorist sign. We are already paying a premium, is offensive. We were in the mood for two Prosecco, which were €16 each. However, with their rule, those €16 drinks were €25. It may seem a minor point but show respect for your upscale guests who have chosen your hotel as the best place to stay rather than a tourist destination. .

"Very clean and new period in a great location value for the area. The owner is very kind and helpful. "The rooms, breakfast, parking and hotel amenities are great. However, there are no bathrobes in the rooms. They force you to pay to rent them from the SPA, but the SPA is rarely staffed and reception refused to have bathrobes delivered to our room. The room was also missing an iron."
