"Can hear your neighbors speak - even at normal levels. Means you sleep when they sleep and wake up when they do. Horrible. Rooms clean but in desperate need of a refresh. Lobby area very nice. "

"I was really pleased with the easy check in and the cleanliness of the room. The room had a table, three chairs, and all the expected amenities. Tonight I'm staying at a costly motel in Payson (Majestic Mountain) at more than twice the price. No table, not a single chair, no soap, no coffee maker, and nowhere to set up a laptop! The Lulu is twice as good at less than half the price!"

"Bathroom sink not attached to counter. Towels look like someone used them to change the oil on their car. No kleenex in the space made for it. Toilet so filthy I wouldn't have my worst enemy use it. No continental breakfast that was supposed to be included in the room. I was told my passkey would open multiple rooms. As a woman traveling alone NOT OK. Broken smoke detector left in dresser drawer. Room had no microwave or fridge WHICH I PAID FOR. No elevator for second floor room and no baggage rack to borrow. Window curtains torn. NOT A SINGLE ICE MACHINE AVAILABLE "They're all being serviced, sorry" Why did they give me MOTEL 6 keys if it's a La Quinta? Front desk personnel out front working on their hoopty rather than being available for guests. Room doors and hallways had holes punched in them like a massive riot had occurred. Stains so bad on the carpets it looked like someone was murdered. TV didn't work. Need I say more?"

"We weren't hungry the morning we left because we were still full after our delicious dinner the night before at La Posta, so didn’t try the minimalist breakfast bar. Rooms were clean, showe amenities were great! Staff was friendly & accommodating. Will be staying there again."

"The A/C unit in our room was noisy and clattered when it turned on. The handle on the toilet was broken. There was no hair dryer in the room and it was a listed amenity. The omelets at breakfast gave me diarrhea."

"Check in staff was really nice and helpful. Breakfast was good. Plenty options. The only problem I had - I asked for a 12 oclock check because i had a meeting to attend. Front desk staff made a note and said everything would be fine. I returned to the room at 11. At that time I meet up with housekeeping, who asked me if I was checking out. I told her we would be leaving at 12. About 5 minutes went by, my husband was getting dressed and I was using the restroom and she let herself into the room to ask again if we were leaving and let our puppy out. I told her we would leave as soon as we could. I took the dog out while my husband finished getting ready. When he left the room she was standing at the door waiting for him to leave. Very unprofessional. Not sure why she was acting that way. "
