4/10 Poor

"Our original room was very run down and outdated. It had a very musty smell but seemed clean. We turned the air conditioning up to make it cooler in our room. Black debris started to blow out of the vent onto the foot of the bed. About 45 minutes after we went to sleep we were awakened by what sounded like a waterfall. We jumped out of bed to find water with black debris pouring out of the bathroom ceiling. The only other room available was a suite, which the front desk gave us at not further cost. The new room had been renovated and was more acceptable than the first. The original room we got should never have been in service. I hope this experience does not happen to anyone else and that the property fixed the problem and does some serious renovating."

"In severe need of maintenance The air-conditioning did not work in our room nor was there any hot water in the entire building we were staying in There were not the proper amount of towels or washcloths, etc., in our room And the carpet and the maintenance of this facility were terrible However, the young lady work behind the counter was doing her absolute best to try to accommodate We were extremely tired and fortunately we were on the second floor and it was a very cool night so we were able to open the window and be very comfortable with the temperature"
