"The hotel is very nice. Conveniently located and having the Hot Springs next door is a plus. Downside, the rooms are not very sound proof. We could hear the people above us walking around. I rang reception to get someone to help us with our luggage and no-one came. I eventually went down and got the luggage trolley myself. "

"Lovely room, extremely comfortable bed, huge tv and nice bathroom. Important to note it is not designed for self-catering as all you get is tea making facilities, no microwave, plates or dishes etc. But there is a lovely restaurant downstairs, and room service. Underground parking is available but costs extra, so be sure to ask if required. EV charging also available in the carpark. Staff were all cheerful and friendly. "
