Located in the heart of Safe Harbor Marina, this three-bedroom, three-bathroom townhome offers a unique location with plenty of entertainment opportunities.

This property allows up to one dog per reservation year-round.

Marina 1 is located just steps away from local favorite restaurants Joseph's Italian Bistro and Rusty Hooks Dockside Grill that both feature views of the Intracoastal Waterway.

This coastal retreat is a one-minute drive or a short stroll to Dutchman Creek park, which is equipped with plenty of shoreline, beautiful views and a playground for the little ones, as well as public restrooms. Just a few more yards up the road you will find the public boat ramp where you can launch your boat for the day and leave your trailer for safekeeping while out on the water. Keep heading up Fish Factory Road to Bill Smith Park where you will find a public kayak launch, dog park and soccer fields. Want to sneak in a round of golf? Head to the Oak Island Par Three Course just one minute up the road. After a fun-filled day, you can use the community picnic tables for an outdoor dinner located between the property and Rusty Hooks along the wall of the marina.

Situated just off the Intracoastal Waterway, Marina 1 is just a seven-minute drive across the G.V. Barbee Bridge to the soft sand Oak Island has to offer and 12 minutes to local shops and restaurants in downtown Southport.

This home features three porches, which allow plenty of room to relax outside and enjoy the sea breeze. The open living area is situated around a flat-screen TV and mantel (please note the fireplace is not available for guest use). The connected kitchen and dining area makes entertaining a breeze with the tools to whip up a great meal and enjoy it with the ones you love.

The master suite features a king bed and a private bath allowing you to step away from the rest of the group with luxury. The second bedroom boasts a queen bed while the third bedroom welcomes you with a pair of double beds.

GREAT PLACE

Rented for my wedding weekend and it was absolutely perfect! So much room, I love the amount of bathrooms and patios! Great location! Oak Island Accommodations’ customer service is top tier! Will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful week here! The location was perfect- quick drive to downtown Southport or to beach access in Oak Island. Neighbors were great and the marina has a great Italian restaurant. We saw dolphins and the kids had fun catching crabs on the pier. The condo was very clean and as described. We did find ourselves wishing the kitchen was better stocked. For a home that sleeps 10, there should be more dishes (only 5 sets of plates/bowls/etc). The yard maintenance crew need to clean up after themselves as well- they came to trim bushes during our stay and left the bushes absolutely butchered and limbs all over the sidewalk. Other than that, everything was great! Would definitely stay again.
