Our cottage is brand new, built in 2020, Radiant Heat on both 1st and 2nd floor. Enjoy the tranquility of a cozy cottage. King Select Comfort bed in master bedroom, 2nd floor bedroom has queen bed and sitting area. There is a fold away dining table for four in the eat in kitchen, gas range with gas oven, microwave, coffee maker, farmers porch on the front to enjoy the fall, winter and spring air. Enjoy coffee on the porch. Ample parking for two vehicles. Entire cottage on beautiful Southport Island just minutes from downtown Boothbay Harbor. Room/Window Air conditioners for summer comfort! Boothbay Region has a lot to offer in all four seasons. Many restaurants and shops remain open year round.

A cozy cottage

This cozy cottage is in the heart of Mid-coast Maine, with very easy access to Boothbay Harbor, It is extremely clean and comfortable, and the hosts offer easy and gracious communication.

They Thought of Everything

Jana and Tammy allowed us to book last minute and were very accommodating! The house was very clean and check in was contactless and super easy. The bed in the master was a very comfortable king sized sleep number bed. We slept like babies! The kitchen was well equipped. Every single detail has been thought out in this home. We didn’t need a thing! We will definitely be back!
