"This was BY FAR the easiest rental I have done with VRBO. Communications with the host are easy and responses come quickly! The home has several great features that I wasn’t aware of ahead of time: multiple HVAC zones and heated bathroom floors among others. Garage access with a remote and two bays. And a rooftop deck with a beautiful view of Long Island Sound and the surrounding area. "

"We did not have a great stay mostly because I felt the description of the listing was inaccurate. I was not prepared for how poorly maintained the house is or the location right next to i95. Poor value as stay was .Pros: 1) Convenient to the Fairfield Country Hunt Club - 8 min 2) Host was communicative3) More or less clean (see cons below)Cons: 1) House is very old with ceiling paint peeling from prior leaks. I would be concerned about small children ingesting paint chips and lead. (I am a pediatrician but luckily was traveling with teens.)2) House is right next to i95 (pics with semi trucks below). The host provided white noise machines in each bedroom and I travel with my own earbuds so sleeping was OK - however one would not want to spend time outside this house as the roar of the semi trucks is deafening and shakes the house. I wish this had been included in the reviews of prior guests or in the description. 3) Beds were uncomfortable - one of us slept on couch 4) One mattress was blood-stained 5) Bottom drawer of a dresser had a balled up white flat sheet with fresh blood on it.6) bathrooms old and small"
