"Lovely toiletries. Old ear plug under bed!!! Hot rooms. Noisy rooms as no sound proofing. Comfy beds. Bathroom door handle broken. Great location. Dreadful coffee at breakfast. Tinned fruit apart from apples. Cheap bread for toast. No lighting over bathroom mirror."

"Room as expected accept so hot! Hosts had left a fan and cold drinks and lollies to help, but it was difficult to sleep at 33 degrees in the room - much cooler in the corridors and 25 degrees outside. Good location - able to walk to city centre but unbearably hot in room!"
