Modern Farmhouse Vibes | Single Story Home | 3 bedroom, 2 bath | Sleeps 6 comfortably

This home is 3 minutes to downtown Southern Pines, 9 minutes to the heart of Pinehurst and 8 minutes from Refugio Farm Equestrian Center. Bicycle Lane is the perfect place to spend time with your family and pets, prepare for a day on the course, at the stables or to just reset, relax and unwind.

Bedroom 1: Features a queen-sized bed, ensuite bathroom and flat screen TV.

Bedroom 2: Features a queen-sized bed

Bedroom 3: Features a double (full) sized bed

Bedrooms 2 and 3 share a full bathroom with tub/shower combo.

Living Room: Large windows allow the NC sunshine to flood the home every day. Relax on the comfortable couches and watch your favorite YouTube TV, Netflix, Hulu, or Peacock programs on the flat screen smart television. Please feel free to log into your own streaming accounts; YouTube TV and Peacock will be provided with your stay.

Kitchen: Fully equipped with cooking and baking basics, new stainless-steel appliances, blender, and coffee bar (Keurig Duo, k-cups plus standard carafe) with complimentary coffee, tea, creamers and sugars.

Outdoor Space: Large fenced backyard for pets and children to run and play! We recommend that children and pets are attended/monitored at all times.

General: Free WiFi, central A/C & heating, washer and dryer, necessary toiletries, linens/towels, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, laundry detergent and dryer sheets are included with your stay.

Guest Access: You will be provided with a code for the digital keypad to access the home.

Newly renovated home. Plenty of room inside and has everything you need for a pleasant stay. Communication was great and we had no problems. We enjoyed this property.

Bicycle Lane was exactly what we needed!

We needed a pet friendly place to stay while we were in transition from one house to another. This house provided everything we needed plus a fenced in backyard. The hosts, Ashley and Cameron, always responded with a quickness. I would definitely recommend this house for short or long-term stays.
