"Loved having access to the bakery, restaurant and pub. Enjoyed live music on Friday night, had breakfast/ pastries EVERY morning and dinner one night at Le Kock. We were there during Reykjavik Culture night and though it got a little noisy we enjoyed watching fireworks from our balcony."

"Convenient location for south coast tours. Clean and modern hotel. The hotel is located right on Route 1 so you don’t quite get peace and quiet but the accessibility to grocery and shops made up for it. The town gets busy during the day due to bus loads of tourists. Overall, great place to stay for a few days but certainly not a spot if you’re looking to enjoy local culture and seclusion in Iceland."

"Enjoyed the hot tubs and sauna. The rooms are very nice and are designed with low light so light pollution doesn't affect your ability to see the northern lights. However, night time means you don't have any bright lights in your room, except for small directional lights near the bed and desk. Breakfast was very good, lots of selections. Dinner was also very good, but the service was a little slow if you pick the multi-course meals."

"Very clean hotel, Offers breakfast, but I did not use. Communications due to it being self check-in were very detailed and clear. Close to city points of interest. Quiet room with everything you need in a hotel room."

"Wonderful hostel in a great and walkable location! The on-site laundry and 2 kitchens were a huge plus. The decor was adorable and quirky. Only drawback was the nearby construction made parking a bit confusing, but the staff was incredibly helpful. There is also a bar and common area for travelers to hang out in!"
