"Steakhouse staff and food is excellent. Rooms are pretty clean. A little better vacuuming and it would be great. Towels, beds, and pillows all wonderful! NO ELEVATOR So if you’re older, ask for a room on ground level. We didn’t know. But will be asking in a future stay. You’d think the people at the check in desk would just know. Oh well. Rooms and grounds make it definitely worth staying here!"

"The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. We enjoyed the hot tub. It was nice after a long day on the road. The cookies in the lobby were a nice touch."

"The room was clean although we had to ask for towels the second night. Front desk guy was alone and overwhelmed. They couldn’t give me an invoice. They told my husband it was because it was booked through Expedia That has never been an issue before plus they charged Pet fees and I needed a copy of the invoice with the breakdown."

"This Microtel Inn on West Lincolnway is the one farthest east (meaning closest to the downtown district) of a string of hotels on the same street. I found it clean, comfortable, and convenient to the downtown area, which is within walking distance from the hotel. Would not hesitate to stay here again if I have occasion to return to Cheyenne."
