Your staff is always very nice and professional. You have this one woman who works the breakfast almost every day that I have been there. Her name is Robyn. She is always exceptional. I have probably stayed at this Hampton Inn 20-30 times over the last five or six years. Don’t remember how long Robyn has been there, but she is always helpful and professional and kind. She keeps the food area, spotless, and extremely well stocked. I hope your company recognizes her for all that she does, and how she makes your customers feel welcome.

Extremely rude front desk. Room with cat pee.
The front desk lady, I think name was Renee, was EXTREMELY RUDE and had the worst service ever. No greetings, no smiles, and no empathy since I checked in. I have stayed in at least 30 hotels the past year and had never been asked to provide my physical address before (usually links with my hotels.com account where all information needed has been filled prior). She looked at me with a death stare in her eyes asking for my address when i checked in and gave no explanation as to why they need it. I asked about it, and she said "uh...your address. i just need it." Worse yet, I was assigned a room with residual CAT PEE and was affecting my sleep due to the smell. I had asked for a room change but since i am traveling with 1.5 months worth of luggage i had asked to parallel transfer over to the new room. I asked for a 10 minute window so i can move my unpacked belongings one by one. She gave me no explanation and just said no. Keep in mind, i DID NOT ask to stay in a room infested with cat pee, and for them to not accommodate such a simple request from YOUR INABILITY TO KEEP THE ROOM CLEAN is ridiculous to me. Other staff were warm and nice. But Renee ruined the entire experience of the stay.

Stayed gor 9 nighys.oir TV didst work for the fitst 4 nights even thoigh foit different people tried to fix it in the meantime. Didn't receive any sort of apologu ot any type of comp for the boredom, so that was disappointing. Also, they only clean the rooms every three daus bit you have to rrad a dogn on the check im desk, they don't tell you Despote this, it was a good stay. Staff os very friendly and bteakfast is gteat.

A perfect place to get away
We are two women who have been fried for over 40 years and no longer live close together enough to see each regularly. I chose the Hampton because of its location - handy to the highway since we ad a significant ride to get home. Check in was a snap, the room was terrific and the pool was warm.The place was clean as a whistle. Breakfast was delicious - hot waffles, juices, eggs, pastries, bagels, cold cereal, oatmeal, coffee and juices. It was surely a great choice on my part. Lots of local chain restaurants within easy drivig distance. The only reason that eco-friendly was not rated 5-star is that I had no way to judge that. Everything else was Great!!

my main door to my room was cemented instead of fixed right which looked like we were staying in a dump. our bed had no top sheet. They brought sheets to our room that was for a smaller bed. the buffet breakfast was cold. i have stayed in other Hampton Inns as i travel alot this was in need of some help and remodeling.

The property is nice, but in a difficult place to get into and out of--you can only enter the property from one way on a two way street. The check-in clerk had some rather major unpleasantness going on, but over all the property is nice and what would be expected. :)

Very clean. Only complaint is we had difficulty opening room door with key cards. The wonton who checked us in didn’t tell us in order to open the door you press door handle all the way up instead of down. When we couldn’t get in room, we had to go all the way back to desk ( with bags & my daughter) for her to tell us that.. then lug everything back up again.. would have been helpful to know when she handed us keycards in the first place. The woman serving breakfast was grouchy. The nicest ( and hardest working) was the maid ( who we left a nice tip )

The place was a mess. I got to the room, pulled back bed cover to find bugs. I immediately went down to the front desk and informed them that this was unacceptable and I wanted a full refund. I was so disgusted I ended up driving all night to get home. I need to be refunded for that booking.

The room was badly in need of an update.The bathroom vanity and desk were heavily worn.The taps were worn and very tired. The caulking around the bathtub was extremely poorly done …a very amateur job! This was not my idea of the standard set for a Hampton Inn.

Comfortable stay in large clean room
Large, clean room with easy access to majors roadways. Breakfast was pretty standard for a hotel continental breakfast but nice to have it included. Accommodating staff. Would stay again.
