The front desk lady, I think name was Renee, was EXTREMELY RUDE and had the worst service ever. No greetings, no smiles, and no empathy since I checked in. I have stayed in at least 30 hotels the past year and had never been asked to provide my physical address before (usually links with my hotels.com account where all information needed has been filled prior). She looked at me with a death stare in her eyes asking for my address when i checked in and gave no explanation as to why they need it. I asked about it, and she said "uh...your address. i just need it."
Worse yet, I was assigned a room with residual CAT PEE and was affecting my sleep due to the smell. I had asked for a room change but since i am traveling with 1.5 months worth of luggage i had asked to parallel transfer over to the new room. I asked for a 10 minute window so i can move my unpacked belongings one by one. She gave me no explanation and just said no. Keep in mind, i DID NOT ask to stay in a room infested with cat pee, and for them to not accommodate such a simple request from YOUR INABILITY TO KEEP THE ROOM CLEAN is ridiculous to me.
Other staff were warm and nice. But Renee ruined the entire experience of the stay.
