"Traveling with family.Very friendly and attentive staffs. Our room is very very clean and has all the basic things we need. Microwave and fridge are always a plus for us."

"The front desk staff that checked us in was incredibly rude from the second we started speaking to her. She didn’t offer solutions to issues, answered our questions like it was an inconvenience, and generally had a very poor demeanor. The room itself was fine aside from the bed, which was horrible. My back is in terrible condition after only one night there. The AC in the room did not work all night and breakfast is a buffet for $25 per person. There are better hotels in the area for that price. I wouldn’t stay here again unless it was a necessity and even then, I’d look for other accommodation."

"The rooms are cleaned every other day. The rooms should be cleaned every day. The breakfast was just ok. The choices were limited. The breakfast area should be cleaned often especially when there are a lot of children staying at the hotel. The room was cold. We had to call a couple of times before the temperature was corrected. The evening engineer was able to adjust the temperature. The same engineer was also able to fix the television because we couldn’t get a picture. Maybe the temperature control as well as the television settings should be checked before the rooms are available for occupancy."
