"We were in Carthage for a family reunion and needed a place to stay. We have had great success with VRBO in the past, but this stay was one of if not the best experience we have had. Eric communicated with us very well from before the booking to the actual stay and took care of all of our requests in a timely manner. The home was very clean, well-stocked with essentials as well as "extras" and located convenient to everything in Carthage. When we checked out, Eric noticed we had left something...

"Private and very clean location. King bed was SOOO comfortable to relax and sleep in. Roomy bathroom. Just like staying in a fancy hotel. If was staying longer would have preferred more than a mini fridge. Since no kitchen we made due with doing dishes in shower & sink with a small wash tub. Possibly a small utility sink in laundry storage room would be beneficial. Brought an electric griddle to make our food a few times. Otherwise a perfect location with nice views on both of the spacious...

"I grew up in Carthage and occasionally return to see family. The house was quiet, comfortable and well-equipped. It is within walking distance to anything that you would need in the area as far as groceries, restaurants, etc. This will be our number one choice for future visits to the area."

"The view was beautiful and the sunsets were amazing. We spent some fun nights playing games there. We loved the front porch. Kim got back to us quickly on the only text we sent and was willing to come by to help. She was great! We were surprised to learn that there were not 2 showers, as was advertised. We also were not aware that someone was living/renting in an attached apartment sharing the same laundry facilities. I feel that would be helpful for others to know. "
