"This was a family vacation. We needed a hotel that had access. For us, that means an elevator & a walk in shower. There are other perks that we would enjoy like airport shuttle, comfortable beds, and quality bedding/towels. The care by the manager and staff was much appreciated. Thank you for a comfortable stay! "The building is very old (the oldest hotel in Alaska) but it was a great stay. I never had any issues. I couldn't open my window because I was on the 2nd floor and the building looked to be built into the mountain so there was a lot of foliage right outside my window, but they provided a box fan. There was a Daddy Longlegs spider on the ceiling but I left him alone and he left me alone. I would stay here again."
