"This was a pleasant surprise- front desk staff upgraded us to a suite with views of both harbor and mountains when we told them it was my partner’s birthday. All staff were incredibly friendly and kind. Bed was extremely comfortable with lots of pillows and soft sheets. Location is right in the downtown area near all restaurants, shops, and public transit yet quite quiet. Our 3 night stay was excellent! Facility could use an update, but it was absolutely fine for us especially with the spacious room and king sized bed. Smart tv was a plus."

"Just next to the airport terminal and easy access to supermarket and glacier by car. Kitchen is perfect. Especially all the kitchenware is ready in front. If necessary, hotel person passes me. It is excellent! Room is spacious and clean."

Not a big deal, but trading out dirty towels for clean towels was a little inconvenient, especially if I didn’t remember to do it before leaving for the day and getting back late. "
