- A bright, dog-friendly 3-bedroom, 1.5-bath townhome near downtown Southbridge that sleeps 6. One king and two queen bedrooms upstairs, a fully stocked kitchen with Keurig and drip coffee, a dedicated workspace, and a washer and dryer. Two reserved parking spots out back and self check-in. Old Sturbridge Village, Westville Lake and Wells State Park are a short drive away.
THE SPACE (sleeps 6)
• Upstairs: king bedroom, two queen bedrooms and the full bath (washer and dryer are in the full bath)
• First floor: living room, kitchen and a half bath
• Kitchen: Keurig and drip coffee maker, baking sheet, dishes and wine glasses
• Two Nest thermostats with heat and AC, plus ceiling fans
• Dedicated workspace with Wi-Fi
• Iron and steamer, extra pillows, room-darkening shades
DOGS
• One $75 pet fee per stay covers up to 2 dogs, 50 lb or under each
• Please list your dogs on the booking
• No cats; service animals always welcome
GOOD TO KNOW
• Shares walls with two other homes: quiet hours 10 PM to 7 AM
• South Street is a main road, so you'll hear some traffic
• The historic inn next door is under long-term renovation; please stay off that property
• Basement is off-limits; no parties or events, no smoking inside
• Planning a longer stay? We welcome stays of 28 nights or more. Online booking goes up to 27 nights, so message us with your dates and we'll share the details. Longer stays need a signed agreement before booking.

Remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Bag all trash and put it in the bins by the back door.

Leave used towels in the bathroom and send us a quick message when you've left.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Rules
No smoking, vaping or candles inside ($300 fee). No parties. Quiet hours 10 PM to 7 AM (shares walls with two homes).
Unapproved late checkout: $100 fee. Food left in the fridge: $35 fee. Items left behind ship back for $50 plus postage.
Keep the shared driveway clear. The basement and the inn next door (under renovation) are off-limits.
