Luxury Southampton Village House

Breathtaking in every way and in the heart of the historic side of Southampton Village. This South of the Highway, one of a kind shingled traditional farmhouse exemplifies classic Hamptons style. The home boasts 4 bedrooms (2 ensuite) and 4 baths. Walking distance to town, (located on Halsey Street off Hill Street). Coopers, Gin, Flying Point, Road D and Dune beaches are a quick bike ride or drive away. There are 2 outdoor cameras, one facing the driveway and one facing the pool.

The house is situated on a double wide lot with 12 ft high privets keeping you in an incredibly private setting. Relax outside on one of three porches situated on the East, South and North sides of the home. Sizable fresh water gunite pool, Waterworks fixtures/faucets throughout, Wolf 36' six burner range, Wolf drawer microwave, Subzero refrigerator the list goes on.

July 1st – Labor Day: All stays must begin on a Sunday.

For shorter stays, we do offer limited Sunday to Wednesday/Thursday options, though we strongly prefer a 7-night minimum.

A 5.5% short term rental tax will be collected from all guests prior to check-in and remitted to Suffolk county for stays of less than 30 nights pursuant to the newly enacted 2023 law.

The house, grounds and pool are lovely at this home and it is in a great location to village and beaches. Our family very much enjoyed our stay and especially being able to walk to town every day and enjoy the restaurants and shops in Southampton village. Highly recommend this rental home and host was very accommodating.

Beautifully renovated house and manicured yard on a quiet street walkable to town. Everything was as advertised. Check in was a breeze. Heated pool and great A/C. Ronnie was very responsive to our questions and we had an awesome stay. Coopers Beach is a 10 minute bike ride. Would 100% visit again.

Easy check in and communication with owner. House was super clean and had everything we needed and then some! The four full bathroom was awesome. Pool was great and warm! Teens biked to town and to the beach. We were all extremely comfortable and had the best stay! Thank you!

Clean, tidy, new renovation... beautifully done. Perfect for my husband, 3 year old and me. With a couple rooms leftover for family (maybe next time!). About a10 min walk to town, gorgeous neighborhood, a couple miles from the beach. Beautiful lawn and pool, with great privacy from neighbors. We'd absolutely stay again. Ronnie was also very communicative and quick to respond with any questions or needs. Awesome stay!

My wife and two young children rented for the week.The home came as advertised and most importantly came perfectly clean. The location to town was amazing. We walked for coffee every morning with the kids and was a five minute ride to the beach. The pool was in perfect condition and the kids used every day. If you are looking for a clean and new house in a great location, look no further.

Very nice house, well restored on a beautiful tree lined street in a great area of Southampton. Large outdoor area and very nicely maintained pool. Easy walk into town. High end appliances and grill made it easy to have fun group dinners. House was delivered as advertised. Ronnie was easily reachable and very communicative, very professional and courteous host. Would certainly rent this house or other houses from Ronnie in the future.

This house is exactly as described. It is clean, the decor is very tasteful and the owner, Ronnie, was responsive any time we had a question. The master looks out on the large tree in the back yard, which is very close to the window, making it seem like you are sleeping in a beautiful treehouse. The beds are comfortable, and bedrooms are ample sized. We enjoyed many meals at the table outside. There were two bikes available. While the village isn’t walkable it’s a 4 minute drive. The kitchen is large and beautiful, and there is seating at the island and the adjacent dining table. The living room is small and has two small sofas that accommodate two people each. We enjoyed the backyard/ pool area but there is no deck or umbrellas for shade. My family enjoyed our time at this pretty property.

Recently spent a long weekend at this house with my extended family. The dates we were initially interested in weren't available, but Ronnie worked with us to find an alternative time to visit. The house is exactly as advertised -- very close to shops, beach, etc -- and the check-in/check-out process couldn't have been easier. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

My husband stayed here with his family that was visiting from another country. We regret not choosing another property. The low rating is because the kitchen wasn’t stocked at all, no basics like sugar, salt, etc. possibly to discourage the use? And the appliances were not working; dishwasher leaked everywhere and couldn’t be used. The Washer and dryer didn’t work either. There was no vacuum cleaner, which was impractical and extremely inconsiderate. The lack of basic conveniences on a multi day booking can’t be overlooked. The property is well maintained outside, and interior is well done with lovely fixtures, good furniture, etc.
