"Horrific service. Flew in from California to attend the Hamptons International Film Festival, drove 3 hours to get there, and this hotel took it upon themselves to cancel my reservation without ever contacting me the day before I arrived. I called when I was 5 mins from the hotel to make sure my room was ready which is when I found out they decided to cancel my reservation with the reason being because I chose to pay at the hotel vs. pay in advance so they gave my room to someone willing to pay...

"I really enjoyed my stay at this property. The house is very spacious and the 4 bedrooms are big with Queen size beds. It has a very cute little porch with a bbq and a huge pool area. The surroundings are very quiet and peaceful. The owner was very attentive and timely in his answer to all my questions. It only takes about 15min to get to Southampton Main St. where there are a lot of nice restaurants and little shops. Would definitely recommend staying here!"
