The lower-level suite provides an additional bedroom, full bath, large sitting area with fireplace, wet bar, and direct access to the pool and patio. Outside, enjoy a beautifully landscaped backyard with a 20’ x 40’ heated pool, stone surround, outdoor professional kitchen, gas grill, couches, and tables.
