Freshly renovated in 2021, this Cape Cod cottage has a spacious yard located in a quiet neighborhood nearby all South Yarmouth has to offer. The two bedroom cottage is a quick walk to several beaches and nearby many restaurants, shopping and family activities. Parker’s River Beach is the closest (0.5 miles). The cottage underwent a full renovation, including new windows, doors, bathroom, kitchen, flooring, furniture and landscaping in 2021. New mattresses in 2024. Amenities include air conditioning, WiFi, gas grill, fully equipped kitchen, including microwave, single cup coffee maker, dishwasher and stainless steel appliances. Stackable washer/dryer located in cottage. ***NOTE: Linens and towels are not provided but there are linen services in the area. Each bed has a light quilt (as pictured) and pillows provided.

The perfect place

This is the perfect place to stay! The cottage is very clean and comfortable. The beach is a short walk away and there is so much to do in the area. We enjoyed every minute of our stay and would definitely stay here again!!

Perfect South Yarmouth location!!

We enjoyed our stay in August 2024! House was very clean and convenient to nearby beaches and major roads,so we were able to travel to different parts of Cape without problems. Beds are comfortable and there are many grocery stores, restaurants and coffee shops nearby as house is two minutes by car from route 28.

Great Location

We loved our stay. Cottage was perfect to getting to the numerous beaches nearby. Everything was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our evenings playing wiggle ball on the side of the house or games in the back. Would definitely go back.

Quiet neighborhood, walk to beach. Home was well maintained, clean and as listed. The backyard/patio was the perfect place for morning coffee and evening star gazing.

Great spot!

The property was a perfect size. The washer/dryer and dishwasher were key for a week with little kids. The cottage is in a great location to many rt28 attractions and a short walk to the beach. Overall, cottage was very clean and comfortable!

Beautiful week on the Cape

The cottage is adorable and a short walk to the beach down the road. Our family of 4 really enjoyed our week! Had everything we needed and was very clean. We loved being a short drive to stores, restaurants, and many beaches. Host Meghan was easy to communicate with. Thanks for an awesome stay!!

Perfect Cape Cod Get Away

My family of five was impressed with this adorable cottage! We had an amazing time exploring the -in walking distance- beaches. The cottage was cozy, clean and updated which made our stay very enjoyable. The outside shower was a great bonus especially with kids! Cottage was near great dinning, mini golf and shopping. Meghan was a fantastic host!

Lovely vacation

The little cottage was perfect for our family of 4 plus grandpa for a few days. Nicely updated and we loved the outdoor shower (a must on a beach vacation). The host was easy to comunicate with for any questions, etc. The quiet street was great for the kids to ride bikes, and the walk to the beach was short. So many activities close by - we tried the inflatable/water park for the first time and it was a blast.

Perfect vacation home for small families!

The home was clean with a nice layout. Property was in a great quiet neighborhood and a short 10 minute walk to the beach. My only negative about the home was that the beds were not very comfortable, especially for those with back and neck issues. Overall we enjoyed our stay!

Lovely house, close to the beach

Property was clean and is located in a lovely neighborhood, within walking distance to Parker River beach which was great, kids loved it. Lots of restaurants nearby and a couple of grocery stores. Visited with my family and the host was very responsive. My only complaint is the beds are very very uncomfortable and after a week’s stay my back wasn’t very pleased.

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Adorable little cottage with an open floor plan that makes it feel very roomy. Great, quiet neighborhood and VERY quick walk to our favorite beach. A few more kitchen tools would be nice and master bed side stands. I would definitely recommend this gem, just not when we want to stay there 😎👍
