Clean and bright beach cottage, walking distance to all.

  • Enjoy all that Cape Cod has to offer, from this newly renovated three bed, two bath home. Easy walking distance to Windmill (0.4 mi) and Smugglers (0.9 mi) beaches, the famous Pancake Man, Skull Island mini-golf/go-karts/arcade, and many great local restaurants.

    The back yard is fully enclosed, and features a large deck, 3-burner propane grill, fire pit with Adirondack chairs, and wonderful outdoor shower.

    Inside the sliding glass doors is the eat-in kitchen, fully equipped with coffee maker, toaster, microwave, dishwasher, settings for 6, a full compliment of cooking equipment, and 4-person dining table.

    In the evenings and during rainy weather, enjoy the finished basement with 50" TV, pool table, 50's dinette booth and jukebox!
