Charming Cape Cod Family Cottage - 5 min walk to beach! BRING FIDO!!

Our family and VRBO guests had such a great summer last year, we are very happy to again welcome visitors for the upcoming 2025 season.

Our fully equipped, dog friendly family cottage has everything you need to make lasting memories here on beautiful Cape Cod! Our cottage is quaint, and cozy, and the location is fantastic!

Leave your worries at the door.....located within an easy 5-7 minute walk to our private community beach, you will have your toes in the sand in no time! Ideally located to all of the area attractions, public beaches, and necessities, our Wilfin Cottage is a great home-base to explore the Cape, or just relax and enjoy some much needed downtime.

Included Amenities:
- Fresh NEW linens - quilts, blankets, pillows, occasional throws, bath & beach towels (new photos to be posted)
- Kitchen with all cooking essentials, Keureg Coffee Machine, PLUS a lobster pot!
- 3 smart ROKU TVs (2 in bedrooms, 1 new BIG screen in the summer sunroom (for movie & game nights) with Netflix, Hulu, ESPN, Disney, etc. Plus available local channels
- The "Must Have" Outdoor shower!
- 2 outdoor seating areas
1) Patio: with dining table, grill, umbrella, & fire lantern feature
2) Wood burning fire pit area (1 bundle of firewood will be provided), and additional picnic table in the side yard with umbrella.
- Gas grill for outdoor cookouts (propane tank will be filled prior to arrival)
- Beach towels & toys: noodles, chairs, wagon, floats, and picnic basket
- Lawn games for outdoor fun - bacci & corn hole boards
- A variety of boardgames for those indoor rainy days
- Stacked washer & dryer, and outdoor laundry line
- 2 Charging stations for your iPhone, AirPods, & Apple Watches

NOTE: Please inquire, and arrange prior to arrival:

- I have 2 inflatable paddle boards which can be made available for use NO CHARGE during your stay. (a signed waiver and damage/replacement deposit will be required)

- Landscaping improvements are finished! - including new driveway, fencing & fire pit area!!!! And the addition of a new tree swing in the front yard!

- In-Season bookings are Saturday-Saturday ONLY. Please contact me for out of season availability and rates, will be happy to accommodate!

Fabulous, superb and delightful.

Kerri as a host treats her guests as she would expect to treated. Kerri went above what we normally expect and have experienced with other rentals. Extremely attentive!The cottage was true Cape Cod. The decor right down to the paint choices exudes comfort. The outside is spacious with many different seating areas affording the opportunity to escape the sun.Board games, lawn games, beach chairs, beach umbrellas all supplied. All linens supplied! Lastly, welcome baskets and firewood supplied for s'mores by the fire.As I titled, delightful.

Perfect Cape Cod beach cottage

We had a wonderful week stay here and want to return again to this cottage another summer! Kerri’s communication from booking through our entire stay was excellent, and she personally let us in and was available throughout the week. The house was perfectly located, just a 5 minute walk to the beach and a short drive to many eateries and fun activities for our family. The house was very clean and had everything we needed and more - beach accessories and toys, games, an outdoor shower, coffee pods, firewood, and stuff for s’mores. We will have happy memories from this trip. Thank you!

Cape Cod living at its best!

We can not say enough about how wonderful our stay was at Kerri’s lovely cottage!Everything was supplied - linens, towels, shampoo/conditioner/body wash, beach chairs and toys! To welcome us there was even a tray of stuff to make s’mores, The outside grounds are as amazing as what you see in the VRBO photos! The neighborhoodwas quiet and charming and so well located to everything! The beach was gorgeous and just a 5 minute walk. The perfect Cape Cod getaway!!! We will be back next year!

Great house!

This house was perfect for our family vacation! It is incredibly well maintained, with a beautiful outdoor space to enjoy! We were so delighted to walk in and see baskets of goodies and dog toys available and the owner was so responsive and helpful as needed with questions about the area. The shed was so well stocked with everything you need for the beach and more! Besides the outdoor space, the sunroom was our favorite place to relax! Beautiful home!

Perfect spot

Wonderful Beach Vacation

My family and I had an amazing stay! Kerri was so wonderful to work with and the house was the perfect setup for our family of four. The home was well stocked and comfortable. The outdoor space was perfect with the deck, beautiful yard and outdoor shower. The location is amazing - a short easy walk (even for my 5 and 8 year old kids) to the gorgeous beach. I highly recommend this home and would absolutely rent it again!

Our favorite by far

We have vacationed up and down the Eastern seaboard over the past 10 years, renting homes in New Jersey, Maine and Massachusetts. This home was by far our favorite. It was very clean upon arrival. Kerri was a very kind and generous host and the property was so comfortable. There were bowls and toys for our dogs and a welcoming tray full of s'more supplies. There are beautiful outdoor spaces to relax and the house is located in a charming, quiet neighborhood. Proximity to beaches is excellent and the backyard shed is filled with beach supplies. We would definitely stay here again, should she have us!! Thank you, Kerri!!

Family time

Kerri was very attentive to all our needs. She answered quickly to all my questions. The house is lovely. Very well equipped with towels and sheets, chairs and toys, all your beach needs. There are air conditioners in the bedrooms. The outdoor shower is wonderful. The deck for coffee outside every morning was the best. The flowers were beautiful ( and we tried to keep them that way with watering them) We got to use the fire pit one night. It is a beautiful yard would be great for younger children. The walk to the beach is less than 10 minutes. It is close to stores and restaurants. She welcomed our dog which was the deciding factor for this house. If there are any cons it's , no dishwasher bring paper plates and the washer is small..so bring enough clothes. It's the perfect house in the perfect spot for a family of 5.

Awesome property!

My family (husband, young child, grandparents, dog, and me) thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property! Such a cute Cape cottage in a sweet, quite neighborhood. Very family friendly and well equipped with lots of games, beach equipment/toys, and a fantastic outdoor area. We loved our campfires and roasting marshmallows from the goodies left for us by the host. The location was perfect…easy walk down to the beach (especially with the beach wagon and backpack chairs provided) but also very central to all the fun things the Cape has to offer. Even close to the ferry to the Islands. The kitchen was well stocked with all the basic necessities for making any meal. I will warn that there is no dishwasher, but that was by no means a deal breaker for us. All the supplies for easy cleaning were available. My favorite part of our trip though was probably getting to try out clam digging for the first time (host provides equipment and permit). So much fun!! Host was also extremely responsive with any needs that popped up. We’ll definitely be back!

Excellent Classic Cape Rental

This is easily one of the best houses we've ever rented. Kerri makes sure you are fully stocked with everything you (and your dog!) could need for a beach vacation, minus the food. Games, towels, umbrellas, wagon, chairs, toys; dog tie-out, bowls, and bags-- if you need it, Kerri has already thought of it! She even left us smores bundles for the beautiful outdoor firepit. The location is perfect: it is less than a 10-min walk to the beach even with three kids and a bunch of beach gear in tow, and about 15 min up to mini golf/Dairy Queen/restaurants/the main strip. It is also just very cute, comfortable, and well decorated. Really, we cannot say enough good things about it or Kerri's excellent communication with us! A wonderful rental for a young family or small group.

Everything You Need at the Beach

Great beach cottage that has everything that you need for the week. We traveled with 3 teenagers and a dog and had plenty of room. Kerri has thought of every detail so that all you need to bring are your personal items for the week. This was huge for us, not to have to worry about packing linens, towels, beach chairs, games etc. We really enjoyed the ability to walk to the beach, have breakfast on a beautiful deck as well as enjoy a fire pit at night. We would definitely return.
