Breezy Vibes Cottage (3bd) ~ Backyard Blissful ~ Walk to beaches

Enjoy our renovated cape escape all to yourself. Centrally located just minutes from beaches, bike trails, shopping, and supermarkets, Breezy Vibes is a perfect home base for exploring the Cape. We love having coffee and cocktails on the screened-in backyard porch overlooking the marsh. After a day at the beach, come home and clean up in our brand-new outdoor shower before grilling some surf and turf meals on grill. With 3 bedrooms, a roomy living room, and dining room that can easily double as an office, Breezy Vibes Cottage is perfect for family vacations.

Due to the coronavirus, we are taking extra care to disinfect frequently touched surfaces between reservations.

This is a recently renovated 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom cottage, with a screened-in back porch overlooking the marsh. There is a full kitchen with everything you need to prepare meals, a living room with a fireplace, and a dining room. The Wifi is strong and there is a large cable TV in the living room. The backyard has a brand-new outdoor shower, a grill, and a table with seating for 6. Beach chairs, toys and a cooler are available for your use. Access the property though your personal code to the front door. I am always available by phone or email to answer any questions.

The closest beach is located 3/4 mile from the cottage, less than a 15-minute stroll.

To assist with safety concerns due to coronavirus, we are encouraging our guests to bring their own towels and bed sheets (1 King, 1 Full, and 2 Twin). Alternatively, we can provide towels and sheets for a $75 fee.

Rented for a golf trip. Close to many courses and walking to the beach within 15-20 minutes. Outside shower and screened in porch were the highlight! Keltic kitchen is a must for breakfast!!!!

Growing up going to the Cape every summer, there are 2 essential items for a cottage. An outdoor shower and a screened in porch. This cottage had both and was very nice. Great location and neighborhood. I will definitely be returning.

The house was comfortable for four of us. We enjoyed the central location that provided us easy access that the Cape had to offer. The house was nicely decorated and was equipped with everything we needed for or stay. Had an issue that the host was very communicative and helpful in resolving the issue quickly. Won’t hesitate to book another stay.

Girls Weekend

Friends who come from 3 states to the cape every year - got rained out this weekend, but the house was a lovely place to catch up, drink wine, listen to the rain on the screened in porch. The outdoor shower was one of the best we have had to date! Everything was pristine and well stocked. This is a gem!

Great family vacation!

This cottage was perfect for our beach get-a-way! It had room for the kids to have their own space, a large living area for us to gather, and room to cook and eat, inside or outside! The public beach is a short walk and there are beach supplies at the house. Ten out of ten, would stay again.

Wonderful stay

My husband and I love this area of the cape and have been coming down for several years now. Breezy vibes is a great find with all the space you need plus a very inviting and relaxing backyard/outdoor area. We will definitely be back!

A short Friday to Sunday stay

We enjoyed the backyard screened porch, outdoor shower and quiet this house offered. Attending wedding functions gave us little time to go to the beach, but the one time we walked towards it and around we couldn't find the way to enter the beach! Didn't see anything in the house to guide us to the 'walk to the beach' advertisement. Could be we were not looking hard enough! Very comfy beds.
