    Deck 2 in Wellfleet is part of a small, low-key condo community that blends into the natural Cape landscape rather than competing with it. The overall feel is simple and unpretentious—more about location and atmosphere than flashy amenities. Your cottage awaits!

    Step into the living area, vaulted ceilings, wooden interior, wonderful cottage. An open sitting room/kitchen, with sliding glass doors leading out to the deck, on the pond! Relax in the Adirondeck chairs, watch the birds, gaze at the tranquil pond, your vacation on the cape! There is a bedroom and a bathroom also on this floor.

    Up the spiral staircase to the loft, where the second bedroom is. Air, light, wood everywhere, this is the Cape Cod cottage you are dreaming about. The setting is surrounded by trees and nature!

    Located within two miles of fabulous ocean beaches and kettle ponds for swimming, and just a little over 2 miles to Wellfleet center.

    Residents and guests tend to use their outdoor spaces as extensions of the living area, whether that’s for quiet mornings, casual meals, or winding down after a day at nearby spots like Marconi Beach or exploring the trails and shoreline that define the area.

    Non-refundable $250.00 fee (includes administrative fee and damage waiver assurance) plus a Service Fee and applicable state and local taxes. Bring your own linens and towels.

Melissa was proactive and helpful, supplying us with all the proper paperwork so we could get a three day beach pass and check in without any difficulty. I appreciated her advancing the details! The property itself is situated in a wonderful historic enclave with a boardwalk around a little pond and while we could hear our neighbors immediately to the right watching movies and Rt 6 is a bit of a drone in the background, in general the atmosphere was private and peaceful, and I hope our talking on the deck wasn’t disturbing to other residents. Melissa also responded promptly to our questions once we were onsite and overall I feel that the rental fee is very fair. We were on a memorial trip for our father, with our partners, and the cabin perfectly suited our needs for a cozy Wellfleet woods stay! We didn’t cook any meals in the cabin so I can’t speak to that experience, unfortunately. Would return in a heartbeat!
